Procedure: Mix Part A, heat to 85°C, keep stirring until completely uniform. Mix Part B, heat to 85°C, keep stirring until completely uniform. Mix Part A and Part B, add the pre-dispersed Part C, and homogenize for 3 mins. Cool down to 75°C, add Part D. Cool down to 40°C, add Part E, stir until the system is completely dissolved and uniform, and discharge.

Procedure: 1. Combine Phase A with mixing. 2. Premix Phase A-1 and add to Phase A. Heat to 70-75°C. 3. Premix Phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75°C. 4. Add Phase B premix to A/A-1 phase materials and mix. 5. Cool batch to 40-45°C. 6. Add C to the batch and mix until contents are uniform. Homogenize the batch at 3000 rpm for 3-5 minutes. 7. Add D slowly to adjust the product pH to 4.0- 5.0. Properties: Application: Apply to damp hair before shampooing, leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 1-2 times per week for best results. Excel SGI in water with a high speed agitation & mix
for 20 min. Step 2. Add Mirataine® CB 35 ULS HP MB with a slow agitation & mix 10 min. Step 3. Add Miranol® Ultra L-28 ULS MB with a slow agitation & mix 10 min. Step 4. Add Geropon(R) TC Clear MB & mix for 10 min. Step 5. Heat a water bath to 75°C and place the beaker in it. Add the Cocamide MIPA and leave to stir for 20-25 min. Step 6. Let the formula return to temperature (<32°C), adjust the water loss and add the Sodium Benzoate. Mix for 5 min. Step 7. Add Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide & mix for 10 min. Step 8. Adjust pH to 5.0–5.5 with Citric Acid.

Procedure: Heat Phase A while stirring at 70 – 75°C. 2. Homogenize at 5000 rpm for 5 minutes. 3. Pre-disperse the filter into the premix Phase C. 4. Heat Phase D at 70 – 75°C. 5. Add Phase C to Phase D and homogenize. 6. Add Phase B to Phase A. 7. Add Phase CD to Phase AB and homogenize to make the emulsion for about 5 minutes at 3000 – 4000 rpm. 8. Add Phase C to the emulsion and stir for 10 minutes until complete homogenization. 9. Measure pH value and adjust to pH 7,0 – 7,5, if needed.
