Procedure: Mix Phase A together sequentially in the main vessel. Place vessel into double boiler, cover, and begin mixing/ heating to 80-100°C. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with moderate agitation. Mix until uniform. Add Phase C with moderate agitation and increase mixing rate as formula thickens. Mix until fully dispersed and uniform. Add phase D and mix until uniform. While still hot remove from mixer and quickly pour into specified mold. Properties: Appearance: White solid; Stability: Passed 45°C, 20°C, 5°C and 3 F/T cycles

Procedure Phase 1: Mix Phase 1: A together sequentially in the main vessel. Place vessel into double boiler, cover, and begin mixing/heating to 80-100°C. Slowly add Phase 1: B to Phase 1: A with moderate agitation. Mix until uniform. Add Phase 1: C with moderate agitation and increase mixing rate as formula thickens. Mix until fully dispersed and uniform. Add Phase 1: D and mix until uniform. While still hot remove from mixer and quickly pour into specified mold filling mold 75% full. Allow Phase 1 to cool while preparing Phase2. Phase 2: Add Cetearyl Alcohol to main vessel and begin heating to 65°C. Once melted, begin moderate mixing. Slowly add BTMS 225KC and BTAC 228KC while maintaining the temperature at 65°C. Begin melting Phase 2: F in a separate vessel and heat to 65°C. Once melted and at temperature, add to Phase 2: E. Mix until homogenous. Remove from heat and add the Dimethisil® HNH-LV and fragrance. Mix until completely homogenous and then pour into molds filling remaining 25% of space. Allow to cool. Properties: Appearance: Double sided solid bar; Stability: Passed 40°C oven stability
