Procedure: Prepare A and heat to 85°C. Prepare B: weigh Surfhope C-1616 and add Hydramol TGL, mix until homogenization, then add water and heat to 75°C. Prepare C and heat to 75°C under mixing for about 20-25 min until homogenization. Add C to A. Under rapid mixing (3000 rpm), add B to A+C and mix for about 10 min. Add D, E and F and pour at around 50°C. Properties: Aspect: Black pellets; 98% natural origin (ISO 16128)

Procedure: Heat A to 85°C, maintain at 85°C for 10 min. Heat B to 75°C under mixing. Add A to B and mix with a deflocculant at 300 rpm for about 3 min. Heat C to 50°C and add to A+B under mixing. At 70°C, add D and mix with a deflocculant at 400 rpm for about 4 min. At 65°C, add E and mix at 400 rpm for about 5 min. At 45°C, add F and mix at 500 rpm. At 38°C, increase speed mixing at about 600 rpm. At 35°C, pour the product in a jar. Properties: Aspect: Off-white wax with grains; 94% natural origin (ISO 16128)
