Procedure: Add the ingredients of phase A to the water under high speed mixing. Increase the temperature to 70°C- 80°C to swell the polysaccharide in the solution. Heat phase B to 60°C and add them to phase A when the Aculyn 60 is fully melted. Turn off heating and add the components of phase C one by one to phase A+B on low stirring speed. After 10 minutes, proceed to add phase D and check the water level.

Procedure: Add ingredients of Phase A and heat to 70-75°C. Add Phase B into Phase A and mix with homogenizer at 5 min. Pre-mix Phase C and heat to 70-75°C. Add Phase C to Phase A and mix with homogenizer at 5 min. Premix Phase E and add to Phase A, mix with homogenizer at 5-10 min. Premix Phase F and add to Phase A, mix with homogenizer at 5-10 min. Add Phase G into Phase A and mix with homogenizer at 5 min.
