Procedure: Combine ingredient A1˜A4 in the separate kettle at 80°C; mix until uniform = phase A. Disperse ingredient B1˜B5 in the main kettle at 80°C = phase B. Add phase A to phase B under rotor-stator during 5’. By mixing with a paddle, sprinkle


slowly ingredient C1 into the emulsion A+B, mix during 20’. Cool down, below 40°C, add ingredient from phase D in the listed order, mix until uniform. Properties: pH = 6,0; Appearance: vivid orange cream serum; Stability test: Passed 1 month at 4°C, RT, 40°C, 1 month at 50°C

Procedure: Add phase A to a beaker and heat to 80°C using a water bath. Once everything is fully melted and combined, add phase B while still in the water bath. Fill in the desired moulds and allow to cool fully, put into the fridge for 10 minutes if needed.
