Procedure: Prepare phase A and phase B1 separately at room temperature. When all the components of phase B1 are well dispersed, add phase B2 to B1 and stir for a few minutes. Add phase A to phase B1+B2 under agitation and homogenize for a few minutes. Add phase C under gentle stirring. Properties: Viscosity after 24h Brk, RVDV-I Prime, Sp 92, 10 rpm: 30000-40000 cP

Procedure: Prepare phase A1 and phase B separately at room temperature. Disperse phase A2 at 25°C-30°C, in the water phase using a suitable dispersion unit and then homogenize for a few minutes. Add the ingredients of phase A3 to phase A1+A2 and homogenize until complete powder dispersion. Add phase B to phase A1+A2+A3 and homogenize for a few minutes. Add the ingredients of phase C, in the given order, under gentle stirring. Properties: Viscosity after 24h Brk, RVDV-I Prime, Sp 03, 20 rpm: 1000 - 2000 cP: pH (100%) 5.0 - 7.0
