FORMULATIONS FOAMING OIL CLEANSER (PEG-FREE, SULFATE-FREE)
This foaming oil face wash works to dissolve and lift away impurities without stripping your skin and is formulated without PEGs or harsh sulfates. Skin-conditioning Cola®Mulse 3GO acts as an oil-soluble emulsifier to transform the oil into a creamy milk in the presence of water. The combination with lactylate creates a gentle foam that allows for an easy rinse-off, leaving you clean and silky smooth.
