Procedure: Mix the first components of A (water and xanthan gum) until a gel is formed. Add the GlucoTain Sense and the Glycerin to I and heat up to 85°C. Mix components of phase B and heat up to 85°C. Mix phase B with phase A and homogenize with an Ultra-Turrax at 13.000 rpm for approx. 2 minutes. Stir at 300 rpm to cool down. Add in phase C and stir gently. Adjust pH to 4.0 – 5.0. Properties: pH / Viscosity 5.2 / 4.400 mPa.s, stable for 3 months at RT, 40°C and one month at 45°C and 50°C

Procedure: Add water into the main beaker. Start mixing and slowly sprinkle in Veegum Ultra from phase A and mix until uniform. Premix Glycerin and Xanthan Gum and add to the main beaker. Mix until uniform. Start to heat up the main beaker up to 70-75°C. Combine phase B ingredients into separate beaker, and heat up to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform. Once both phase A and B are at 70-75°C, start to homogenize and add phase B to phase A. Mix for 4 minutes. Once uniform, start to cool to 50°C, and add phase C ingredients one by one. Homogenize for 2 minutes. Once uniform, adjust pH to 5.50, using phase D ingredient. Cool to 25°C. Properties: Viscosity (visual): 32,400 cps (TC spindle, 10 rpm); Appearance: Light yellow cream; pH: 5.50
