Procedure: Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 75°C. Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 75°C. Add phase B to phase A and emulsify until homogeneous and glossy. Homogenise at 3000 rpm for 3 minutes. Allow to cool below 40°C. When cooled, add phase C one by one and mix well. Adjust pH to 5.5-5.6.

Procedure: Add Amphisol K to Hallbrite BHB into a vessel heat to 85 °C under stirring. Add remainder of phase A ingredients, heat to 70 °C mix until homogenous. In a separate vesssel heat water from phase B, to 75 °C. Add Valida S+ to water, homogenise for 5 min at 8000rpm. Premix Xanthan gum into glycerine. Add remainder of phase B ingredients to the water and Valida S+ after the homogenisation of Valida S+. Heat phase B to 70 °C. Add phase A to phase B. Homogenise at 3000 - 4000rpm for 5 minutes until homogenous and emulsion forms. Cool down batch with propeller mixing, when batch is below 50 °C add phase C ingredients one at a time. Mix until batch is homogenous.
