Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients into main tank and mix on low to medium speed. Ensure mixture does not form bubbles when mixing. Apply heat if necessary and mix until homogenous. One at a time, slowly add Phase B ingredients into the main tank. Ensure viscosity increases after each ingredient is added. Combine Phase C ingredients into a separate tank and heat both tanks to approximately 50-70°C. Slowly mix Phase C ingredients until the mixture is homogenous. Once both tanks have reached a similar temperature reading, add Phase C ingredients into the main tank. Increase mixing speed to ensure emulsion is successful. Allow the tank to cool to approximately 40°C. Add Phase D and continue mixing to ensure even dispersion. Homogenize the resulting mixture at the end.

Procedure: Begin heating water in main tank to 65°C. Add Natrosol 250HHr and allow to mix on high heat for 45-60 minutes. For quicker results, continue heating to 75°C. Mix on medium speed to avoid large bubble formation. Add panthenol and aloe juice once hydration of natrosol is complete. Continue heating the main tank to 75-80°C and begin adding Phase B ingredients, one at a time. Ensure all solids are melted prior to continuing additions. Add ingredients in consecutive order. (Fermas will require pH adjustment by Dehyquart A-CA). Allow the main tank to begin cooling to 40°C. Once this temperature has been reached, Phase C ingredients may be added, one at a time, ensuring full dispersion prior to continuing additions.
