Procedure: Grind the Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) pellets into a fine powder. Mix with Pricerine 9091 and Crodateric CAB 30 to form a paste. Melt using a double boiler method. In a separate beaker add part B and heat until melted. Once the SCI mixture is completely molten, add the melted oil mixture (Part B) to the SCI. Stir for a while until a homogenous slurry form. Remove from heat, cool until 65 degrees and add Part C. Mix thoroughly and pour into moulds and allow to cool. Properties: Appearance: White Solid: pH: 5-6; Viscosity: N/A; Stability: 3 months at RT, 4°C, 40°C, 50°C

Procedure: Weigh and heat Part A to 80°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part B to 80°C in bain-marie. Add Part A to Part B. Weigh and add Part C to Part A+B with rapid helix stirring at around 50°C. Weigh and add Part D to the previous part with rapid helix stirring. Weigh and add Part E and mix. Weigh and add Part F and mix. Pour in stick immediately, around 45°C. Properties: Appearance: Pale green solid opaque block; Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C; Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
