Procedure: Mix Keltrol® CG SFT with Glycerine and add it into the water while stirring. Heat up to 75 °C. Mix Phase B homogeneously and heat up to 70 °C. At temperature, add Phase B slowly to Phase A and emulsify at 2,000 rpm. Homogenize for 5 min at 2,500 rpm. Cool down to 45 °C while stirring. Add Phase C and mix for 5 min at 1,500 rpm. Continue with cooling to 25 °C. Finally, adjust the pH to 6.5 with citric acid. The SPF acts as a guide value and was determined by an in vitro study.

At temperature add phase B to phase A and emulsify at 2,000 rpm. Homogenize for 5 min at 2,500 rpm. Cool down to 45 °C while stirring. At 45 °C, add Phase C and homogenize for 5 min. Then, continue with cooling.
