Procedure: Combine Part A ingredients and heat to 70°C while mixing with overhead mixer. Combine Part B ingredients in separate beaker and heat to 70°C and mix until uniform (Note: Pre-melt the ECO Brij S2 and ECO Brij S721 before Part B). Add


Part B into Part A while mixing with overhead mixer and continue mixing at moderate speed ˜10 minutes. Cool to 40°C and add Part C. Check the pH and adjust to 5.5-6.5 if need. Properties: Appearance: white smooth emulsion; pH 6.0 0.5; Viscosity: 41000cps 10% (Brookfield RVT, T-C Spindle, 10rpm, 1min.). Stability: 1 month at 50 C and 12 weeks at RT, 40 C, 45 C and 5X - 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle

Procedure: Part A: weigh one by one the raw material and mix them with normal helix stirring, mix for one hour. Weigh and mix Part B. Add Part B to Part A with helix stirring. Weigh and add Part C to Part A+B. Weigh and add Part D to the previous part. Weigh and add Part E to the previous part and mix. Add Part F and stir well. Properties: Appearance: Colourless clear liquid; pH: 5.40± 0.1. Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C. Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80°C/+25ºC 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
