Procedure: Mix the components of phase A using NaOH to adjust pH to 6.5 - 6.8. Add phase B to phase A and mix for 10 minutes. Add components of phase C to AB mixture and continue mixing for 15 minutes. Add phases D, E, and F one at a time until the serum is homogenous and smooth. Adjust pH if needed.
