Scientific Games is unveiling a suite of contactless gaming solutions that will aid casino operators in their quest to keep their players and team members safe while maintaining a fun atmosphere.

“Scientific Games has always been committed to innovation, but it is now more critical than ever to develop solutions that help our partners address and adapt to the new normal,” said Matt Wilson, Executive Vice President and Gaming Group CEO. “Our suite of contactless gaming solutions enables our partners to deliver a new, yet fun and engaging gaming experience for their players all while keeping them safe. This advanced technology sets a new standard for the industry and is available for our partners now.”

CashClub Wallet Cashless Solutions Everi

Gaming equipment provider Everi Holdings’ mobile wallet, CashClub – a cashless gaming product – will be available in casinos by the end of the year.

The technology has been under development and the subject of casino industry interest long before COVID-19 brought the issue of cashless gaming to the forefront. The Las Vegas-based company is expected to roll out the programme sometime in the last three months of 2020.

Personal Protection Line Guest Safety SUZOHAPP

SuzoHapp has launched a new line of products, the Personal Protection Line, aimed at helping casinos and amusement centres meet new regulations so they can reopen and operate safely.

As stay-at-home restrictions are beginning to lighten, new guidelines have been announced on how businesses can reopen. These guidelines include having all entrants get their temperatures taken, wear face masks, and follow heightened hygiene and sanitation

sophisticated, interactive digital wallet that consolidates payment options for your players creating a faster, safer, and more premium experience for patrons. Through integration with Everi’s CashClub software and full-service kiosks, CashClub Wallet enables players to easily utilise and store multiple

protocols. In order to facilitate these guidelines, SuzoHapp has launched the Personal Protection Line for operators to get the majority of these products from a single partner, allowing them to save on shipping costs, and get products right away so they can reopen as soon as the restrictions are lifted in their state. Products from this line include disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitiser, hand wipes, sanitising equipment, thermometers and unique temperature sensors, social distancing stanchions, and more.

A distinctive product of this line is the Face-Detection Thermometer Module. This tablet-style device allows for entrants to simply walk

Scientific Games’ suite of contactless solutions includes the Unified Wallet cashless gaming experience, a Social Distancing Module and Automated Game Sanitisation.

Scientific Games’ Unified Wallet is powering a cashless gaming experience by giving players the power to instantly access funds to play their favourite slots and tables through an app on their personal mobile device. Taking a mobile- first approach, cashless solutions are not only convenient for guests but are also cost effective for casino operators. Unified Wallet eliminates lines at ATMs to withdraw cash or at a kiosk or casino cage to redeem tickets as well as reduces costs on machine maintenance including bill validators, ticket printers and ticket

redemption kiosks. The Social Distancing Module provides three distinct features for operators: Dynamic Distancing, EGM Scheduler and Resort and Game Reserve. These features provide further opportunities for casino operators to adhere to the necessary safety measures now required by public health and gaming officials.

Dynamic Distancing facilitates distancing amongst slot players, disabling all games within close

payment methods, move funds into and around the casino via an expanding set of touchpoints, and when, where, and how they engage. At the same time CashClub Wallet also creates consistency across payment types through a convenient and efficient patron interface, increases visibility into your patrons’ activity, reduces costs, reduces risk, and supports responsible gaming.

“Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the interest from our casino customers for cashless and contactless player funding technologies has greatly accelerated,” commented Everi Executive Vice President Darren Simmons.

up to the screen, have their temperature taken, and get scanned into a facility. This device will signal an alarm in less than a second if it senses an abnormal temperature. As temperature checking will now be a requirement in the US, SuzoHapp believes this device will help facilities meet the requirement without being invasive and without requiring staff to come in close contact with customers, thereby keeping them safe. When paired with the accompanying access gate, this process can be entirely self-service increasing safety for everyone. Its design is also not quite as foreboding as other metal-detector like models that have similar outputs.

EGM Scheduler allows operators to quickly upload a list of games that should remain enabled on the casino floor and allows them to do so remotely through the use of a Control EGM feature.

Resort Reserve and Game Reserve allow players to reserve their favourite game during their visit allowing them to customise their experience to their preferences all while staying safe.

Slot dividers Guest safety PST

PST has developed a range of safety screens to enable operators create clear barriers between machines while simultaneously adhering to government social distancing measures.

A spokesperson said: “PST’s solution is a Social Safety Screen which can be fitted between any form of gaming equipment such as slot machines, multiplayer automatic table games, even a redemption terminal.”

The one-size-fits-all design of the divider can be delivered chrome or sprayed in any colour powder coating in addition to being manufactured bespoke with logos and branding. The screen element of the divider is frosted in order to provide privacy for players while ensuring visibility of the screen in subdued light without hindering the flexibility for customers wishing to play on several machines at once.

Overall size is approximately 2.0m x 1.0m, however PST can customise size and design according to specific requirements.
