Whilst we don’t know the longevity of these products, how important was it to update your product offering to help venues reopen again?

What range of products are you now offering to help casinos in the post-closure environment?
In these difficult times, we have developed and produced Covid-19 Protection Panels to cope with the unexpected needs for protection and isolation within the different play areas.

When did you start developing the products?
We have developed this new line of products as soon as the emergency situation began (February 2020) in order to be ready to help our customers with various solutions
Did you work with a specialist partner or develop your own range?
Initially. we made use of the technical experience of some partners and, once the volumes increased, we continued independently.
How did this process work given the restrictions on work?
Considering the importance of the Covid-19 Protection Panels for our customers, we were able to obtain special permits to reopen our production facilities
How did your customer base respond to the new products?
Te proposed solutions have been received with great enthusiasm by our customers and, despite a decline in requests due to the lack of dedicated regulations, we are continuing to receive many requests.
How many installations have you achieved during this period?
Ten major projects, including several of the world’s best casinos, have chosen our Covid-19 protection panels. We have provided panels for the different gaming areas (slots / gaming tables / public and private areas for personnel) in the Venice casino. We have also supplied panels for traditional table games at the Monte-Carlo casinos.
With no exhibitions and reduced marketing spend, how did you market the new products?
Trough email communications targeted to our customers / contacts and by sending dedicated paper-based documents.
Are you still developing new products for the post-closure sector? Will they appear at future exhibitions?
Of course, the research and development of our products has never stopped and, at the next series of events, we will present new novelties.
Why have the seating solutions companies been so active in this particular field?
Seating solution companies have shifted their knowledge and their resources to make up for the lack of traditional sales that our market is suffering.
