WHY DID YOU JOIN GLI?


What attracted me to work for GLI was its status as the market leader in a rapidly expanding industry that continues to grow exponentially.


worked for the La Perla Group before starting my career in the casino industry in 1998. At that time, it was all about land-based gaming. Since then, I have grown personally and professionally in a constantly evolving market. I have always been in sales, starting in casino equipment, moving to the slots business, AWP and VLTS and, last but not least, the online gaming business.


HOBBIES/INTERESTS


I do like travelling, visiting new places and meeting people, and also enjoy spending time in nature biking or trekking. I love sports in general and think that physical activity is fundamental for physical and emotional well-being.


WHY DID YOU JOIN GLI?


I knew the great reputation of GLI worldwide, having had the opportunity to work with GLI as a client. When I was offered the opportunity to join the company, I was excited and had no hesitation. It was an opportunity to work for a big and solid company with people I knew from my past business experiences. I could not ask for more.


WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE?


I enjoy the everyday challenges, learning from the clients what they need and helping them to find the right solutions for them. It is important to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. I enjoy working with clients globally and learn more about new markets and new products.

I recently celebrated my 10th anniversary at GLI. When I started in sales at GLI, the sales team was made up of five-six people and I

My primary responsibility is to be the face of the company to my clients, supporting them and positioning them for success. Tis involves strategic planning, ensuring accurate market compliance information, and prioritising customer satisfaction above all else.


WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE?


Te most rewarding aspect of my role is witnessing the successful launch of our clients’ products or expansion into new markets. Seeing an initial concept materialise is gratifying. However, our work is not without its challenges. Problem-solving is an endeavour, considering the number of differentials that each


was assigned a large portfolio of clients, plus the task to expand and look for new clients. Over the years, the sales team has grown in number and the structure has changed, giving me the opportunity to dedicate my time to key clients. I am the main point of contact for the client and support and coordinate activities among the different teams across GLI working together to help the client achieve success.


WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES?


It is important to work hard to meet client’s expectations every day and for every single project to become a partner more than a provider.


WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING WITH CLIENTS?


I enjoy in-person visits with the clients, taking the time to get to know them, their expertise, and their background. I think it is important to know each other and build long-term and reliable relationships. I do like to hear feedback from the clients because that helps us to learn and improve.
