Ironwood: High-Performance Elastomer BGA Socket
Eagan, MN — Ironwood Electronics has recently introduced a new high- performance elastomer socket for 0.4 mm (0.016 in.) pitch BGA packages. The SG25-BGA-2032 socket is design - ed for a 12 x 12 mm (0.47 x 0.47 in.) package size and operates at band-

Warminster, PA — Nicomatic North America has added 90° high-power solder contacts to its CMM 220 and 320 series connectors. Contacts are available in male and female ver- sions, with current ratings of 8, 10, 15, and 20A. Cable sizes range from G12 to G20 AWG.
