NRS employ over 470 trained staff nationwide, supporting a population of over 6 million people across the United Kingdom.
Our “best in class” track record speaks for itself. Last year, NRS maintained 13 Community Equipment Service contracts and 17 Wheelchair service contracts. We undertook:

We operate from a network of locally based Service Centres, each with the capacity and capability to deliver exemplary services focused on putting the individual at the heart of our service provision.

Our expertise in managing community equipment stores, coupled with our longstanding catalogue business, generates unparalleled annual equipment purchases of around £30 million. This means that we are able to pass best prices to our customer base, and provide the very best, cost effective equipment solutions. In addition, we have our own award winning product development team, working with our customers and their clients producing exclusive and innovative products.
