Developed and clinically evaluated by Occupational Therapists. Unique and simple to use assessment screen provides a validated method of quickly assessing a patient’s ability to dress themselves, thus enabling discharge from hospital. Included in this kit are two adjustable assessment straps, a CD-Rom with instructions and Assessment Screen record sheets to help assess orientation, ranges of movement, transfers and hand function. Suitable for use in Occupational Therapy, Cardiac, Trauma, Oncology and Renal Departments. Eliminates the need to undress as part of the assessment, providing greater privacy and dignity for the patient. Wash at 65ºc for 10 minutes or 71ºC for 3 minutes for decontamination purposes.
