Our exclusive, ergonomically designed pool lift transfers directly from wheelchair to water with the aid of just one carer. On castors, it’s easy to manoeuvre and position, simply ‘wheel’ it over to the installed floor socket and it lowers itself down. When transfers are completed, it lifts itself out of the socket at the touch of a button thus minimising risk to carers and can then be easily moved for storage. Powered by detachable, rechargeable battery with built in charger and easy to use controls with separate up/down buttons. Emergency stop switch and emergency down button also included together with a battery charge indicator light. Enables full 360º rotation. The spreader bar and socket are sold separately. Socket is fitted with plastic cover cap, so that it is covered when not in use. Compatible with a wide range of slings including Float Slings and Seat Slings (page 138). Designed to cater for disabled swimmers, the Poolside Dipper can be used to lower the swimmer into the pool. The swimmer is transported from the changing room to the pool using the seat on the chassis. The seat is then attached to the dipper, detached from the base, lifted and lowered into the pool.
