This pager supports the Comf-iT Incontinence Monitor, via a unique SAFELINK radio network and is available in 2 versions for 3 or up to 32 monitors. When the pager is activated it will display the name of the user or room number and has 4 priority levels to distinguish the urgency. The alarm can be set to be an audible alert, vibrate or silent and has a back light for use at night. The Alert-iT has 80 hours operating time and is powered by 2 rechargeable AA batteries - it has a fast, charge mode using the mains adaptor supplied. See page 317 for full system detail.

The Comf-iT is an Enuresis Support system which can detect moisture from urine or vomit. The sensors (anti-allergenic silver coated wires) are embedded into thin cotton sheets which are both comfortable and discrete. The cotton sheets also reduce sweating, bed sores and false alarms. When moisture is detected the sensors raise an alarm through the Alert-iT Pager above (sold separately).
