Based on vessel-to-vessel collision risk modelling of the revised traffic pattern for each of the two scenarios, the changes in collision frequency due to the windfarm development is estimated to be 9.36x10-03 per year for the partial fill build scenario and 1.41x10-02 for the 100% fill build scenario. This represents a 0.94% increase (partial fill build scenario) and 1.41% increase (100% fill build scenario) from the pre windfarm vessel-to-vessel collision risk for the area considered.


485. Table 28.6 presents the powered vessel-to-structure allision risk for the cumulative developments and plots showing the passing powered allision frequency for each structure within the partial fill build scenario and 100% fill build scenario. These are presented in Figure 28.4 and Figure 28.5 respectively.
