Helping Other People


Christmas Shoe Boxes 5 Once again the children in Year 3 rose to the challenge of filling a shoe box full of treats and toys for children in less fortunate circumstances than them in war torn and poverty stricken countries.


‘Bring Your Dog To School’ Day 1 Tigger lent her support to the children when they raised money for Dogs for the Disabled charity.


The School was full of an amazing range of cuddly canines that day and who were incredibly well behaved and quiet!


Hallfield Mad Hatters 75 On Friday 12th February the children had a non-uniform day to raise money for Acorns Children's Hospice, a charity chosen by the Children's Council.


The theme for the day was wearing green clothes and silly hats. Children in years 2 to 6 entered their crazy creations into the hat competition. The following children received prizes for their amazing efforts. 1st Prize - Avani Sall 3K 2nd Prize - Mia Brocklehurst-Cordell 6L 3rd Prize - Aditya Rajasekaran 3T Best Year 2 Entry - Idin Gilani 2C Children in both Pre-Prep and Upper School enjoyed a break-time disco and, apart from having an enjoyable time, we raised a very generous £558 for Acorns Charity.
