I Don’t Like Spiders and Snakes! 35 Transition pupils once again showed how brave they were (well the editor thinks so!) when they were treated to a close encounter with a Tarantula spider!


The Animal Man also brought a snake and a bearded dragon – sounds more like Hogwarts than Hallfield!!


Foundation Venture out into


the Great Outdoors 5 The children and staff in Foundation blew away the cobwebs on the 23rd and 26th March and took to the great outdoors.


They donned their very clean wellies and went off round the School fields to look for signs of spring. As well as daisies they saw some new buds on the trees and even found time to hug one!


They needed their wellies again when they visited the animals at the Birmingham Nature Centre – and their waterproofs as they had to eat their picnic in the rain!


I bet those wellies were dirty when they got back to School.
