Case study Jack Malkin, apprentice “I discovered the Apprenticeship Programme at an open day at Solihull College and was one of the first to join. “During the initial eight-week training


programme, I gained experience working across all of the NEC Group’s home venues. I worked hard to prove myself and was then interviewed and gained a place as an official apprentice for Amadeus. While working, I attended college one day a week. “Amadeus is a key brand within


a big organisation, so I knew this scheme would help me gain
