Has IBC come at a good time for the electronic media industry? Why? Yes, absolutely. We’re seeing IT
and broadcast technologies coming together and IBC helps professionals deal with this new
connected through Ethernet, enabling the exchange of control data. A version equipped with a Cobranet module will also be available, facilitating the exchange of audio data.
Whilst the initial focus is on Cobranet, DSpecialists says that other network standards will be supported in the future. In addition to 16 analogue inputs and outputs, the network-capable Harvey mx.16 offers 16 digital inputs

and outputs. Consequently, the matrix provides 32 input channels and 32 output
