Among new concepts and/or menu items are: Premium Pack Offers providing the convenience of value sizing your purchase to meet individual needs and the ability to mix and match your choices. We launched the 3-6-9 Premium Taco Pack at Arizona State in Tempe, and will be rolling it out to additional accounts this fall [autumn]. Building on the trend of fresh products, made in front of the customer, we had a new launch of Fresh Squeezed Lemonade that will also roll out this fall [autumn]. “And our ‘Fan vs. Food’ concept is designed to enhance

European Innovations As for innovations in Europe, for Compass Group, Mat- thew Thompson noted: “Levy Restaurants is part of Com- pass Group and is a core B2B brand within our Sport, Leisure and Hospitality business. We introduced Levy Restaurants in the UK at The O2 Arena in 2007 and then at Chelsea FC in 2010, and last year started to roll this brand out across more of our venues. We now fully oper- ate as Levy Restaurants in ten venues with many more already on this journey, and our goal is for all our Sport and Leisure venues to become part of the Levy family. “A great example of a new product innovation is the


digital menu boards we are trialling in The O2 [London]. This enables us to transform our menus and bar offering to an individual audience, and also provides improved flexibility and allows food and drink to blend in seam- lessly with every event.” Speaking for The Lindley Group, Jonathan Davies
