FRESH LOOK FOR SCALABLE NETWORK CONTROL MNC Software BY KIRSTY HAZLEWOOD

New versions of MNC Software’s Mosaic automation platform and Tapestry workfl ow engine are on show in Hall 3.

Mosaic allows users to monitor and control an entire network from a single client, regardless of hardware, protocol or location. With more than 1000 device integrations, its open architecture offers complete scalability with an intuitive user interface, according to MNC Software. Mosaic 10.7.1 introduces a

CONSISTENCY IS KEY Wisycom

BY KEVIN EMMOTT

The BFL2 portable RF-over-fi bre system delivers dual RF channels for reliable deployment of diversity microphone antennas and robust IEM/IFB coverage over extended distances. According to Wisycom, it maintains dynamic range consistency despite fl uctuating signal strength, delivering RF performance that surpasses conventional coaxial systems for long-range reliability without signal degradation.

Each BFL2 module, comprising the BFLR2 receiver and BFLT2 transmitter, features an optical gigabit SFP interface, a high-speed Ethernet switch, and a Bluetooth

enhancements including a pluggable schedule connector. Users can now build in conditional tasks and thread input arguments at runtime to allow for dynamic reconfi gurations. IBC also sees the introduction of new resource management facilities into the platform.

and LoRa wireless control access point. At the core of the system is a laser technology, which boasts a spurious-free dynamic range of 116dB/Hz²/³ and an optimised noise fi gure of 10dB. Users benefi t from mode-switching via the onboard control panel or remote management through Bluetooth- enabled iOS and Android devices. The Wisycom Manager software also enables users to adjust integrated fi lter settings, including low-pass, high-pass, region-specifi c SAW and 40MHz bandpass. Meanwhile, in IFB mode, the BFL2 extends communication to remote locations, with each RF output supplying 12V power for external amplifi ers to enhance transmitter performance. 8.D30

ESSENTIAL OPERATIONS FOR STREAMERS IN THE CLOUD

Vimond Essentials is offering multi-language support and enhanced live streaming tools

Vimond BY ANNE MORRIS

Software company Vimond is showcasing Vimond Essentials, an all-in-one cloud-based streaming service that it claims is gaining strong momentum among local and regional TV stations. New adopters in 2025 include TV Agder, TV Vest and TVL in Norway, which are using Vimond Essentials to manage, publish and monetise video content at scale.

IBC attendees are getting a fi rst look at the latest feature updates, including multi-language support, enhanced live streaming tools, automatic chapter and thumbnail generation, and

expanded monetisation options with Stripe integration and advanced ad insertion. A new inline playlist feature further improves user engagement and editorial fl exibility.

Also on show is the VIA app builder, a no-code/low-code toolkit for rapidly launching custom video streaming apps across web, Android and Apple TV. It is designed to enable media companies to create branded apps without needing full-scale development teams. Vimond is also sharing early insights from its AI-supported content management research, covering automated transcription, translation, metadata tagging and categorisation. 4.A02
