Procedure: Weigh Part A. Weigh and mix Part B. Add slowly Part B to Part A with helix stirring and mix well. Heat Part A+B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Add Part C to Part A+B with strong rotor stator stirring. Adjust pH to 5.60 +/-0.10 with Part D. Add Part E to Part A+B+C+D with rotor stator stirring to around 45°C. Add Part F to the previous part with rotor stator stirring. Add Part G to the previous part, below 35°C.
Properties Appearance: Off-White opaque lotion; pH: 5.80± 0.5; Viscosity: NA Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 40°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifugue 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25°C 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @ 120°C

Procedure: Disperse the Amigel into the Glycerin and add to the water while stirring. Heat the mixture until 75°C (A). Heat (B) until 70°C. Add (B) to (A) while homogenizing with a high shear mixer for 3 minutes. Cool down to 35°C while slowly stirring, then add (C). Homogenize with a high shear mixer for 1 minute. Cool down to room temperature while slowly stirring. Adjust pH to 5 if necessary.

Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A and then heat to 85°C (closed vessel). Disperse B into A with a Silverson equipment at 2000 rpm by maintaining at 85°C into a closed vessel if possible. Maintain heat at 85°C while mixing at 4000 rpm with Silverson for 10 min into a closed vessel. When the blend is clear and homogeneous, cool down to room temperature. Add phase C with gentle stirring until homogeneous 6. Add phase D according colour desired with gentle stirring until homogeneous.
