Procedure: Weigh all ingredients for phase A and put into a main vessel, then dissolve at 70-80°C while mixing. Weigh all ingredients for phase B and disperse until uniform. Weigh all ingredients for phase C and pulverize. Weigh all ingredients for phase D and dissolve at 70-80°C while mixing. Add phase B+C into phase A then disperse. Slowly add phase D into phase A+B+C, then operate the homogenizer (emulsification). Cool the batch to 40°C and operate the homogenizer again. Add phase E into phase A+B+C+D then mix until uniform. Cool the batch to room temperature and fill the bulk into a suitable package.

Procedure: Phase A: Add Rheocare XGN and glycerin into the water stirring until a homogenous solution built up. Heat phase A and C separately to 80°C. Add phase A and C separately to 80°C. Add phase B to phase A while stirring at 80°C. Add phase C 80°C to phase A+B while stirring. Add phase D at 75C to phase ABC while stirring. Homogenize with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax) at approx. 60°C and continue with slow stirring. Add the ingredient of phase E below 40°C one after another while stirring. Add phase F while stirring. Add phase G while stirring. Adjust the pH-value to 4.5-4.7 by adding phase H. Stop stirring at 30°C.
