the Royal College of Nursing’s Nurse Awards 2017. Elaine was nominated

winning the Florence Nightingale Foundation Edna Marion Read Poster Competition for Care Improvement and becoming one of just 11 senior nurses from across the country to win a Florence
Nightingale Foundation Aspiring Nurse Directors Leadership Scholarship.
March 2017 Research sister Debbie
Dellafera won the Outstanding Health Professional award at the National Institute for Health
Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network Wessex Awards. She was nominated after recruiting more than 40 patients suffering from
Parkinson’s Disease onto a new trial, making us the top recruiting trust nationwide for this trial over the year.
