Facilities site co-ordinator Donna McCormack won the Services Award at the Pride of Andover Awards. Donna was presented with the award by Esther Rantzen for regularly going above and beyond to ensure that the hospital continues to play a key role in the local community.

Our staff dominated the 2016 Health Education England Wessex Shine Awards, winning four of the nine awards up for grabs. Student nurse John Edwards and Dr Richard Healy shared the Outstanding Learner of the Year award, while Dr Richard Thomas was named Inspiring Educator of the Year and Rachel Newell, Lucy Chilcott and Lucy O’Beirne won the High Performing Education and Training Team of the Year prize.
