In September 2016, NHS Improvement (NHSI), the independent regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts, replaced the Financial Sustainability Risk Rating with the Use of Resources Rating. For the first half of the year, our risk rating was determined at the end of each quarter on a four point scale, with 4 being the best rating.
