Come Inside! Every day, the expedition team members on the trail set up the tent—their “home-sweet-home.”
The inside-tent person lays everything out inside of the tent and gets the stove fired up, while the outside-tent person anchors the tent down, puts snow on the snow flaps, secures the sleds, and digs holes for the Polar Huskies to rest in.
Here is how it looks inside the tent. It is not a big space, so it is important to be very neat and organized in the tent, keeping everything in its spot. That way you always know where to find stuff even if it is dark or if you are in a hurry because there is a bear outside the tent!
