Waukegan, IL — New from JST Corporation, the LEH Series wire-to-board, crimp style, discon- nectable connector reportedly offers engineers design flexibility with its low profile and space- saving design. The subminiature connector has a 1.8mm (0.071-in.) pitch, a side entry mating height of only 3.0mm (0.118-in.), a secure friction locking mechanism, and a mechanism to prevent improper insertion.


Especially suitable for low current, low volt-


age conditions, the LEH Series is designed for LED light applications. The low profile of the connector does not interfere with the luminescence angle of the PCB-mounted LED dies. These SMT connectors are polarized and have
