AI Technology, Inc. Boosts Output of Die-Attach Film

Princeton Junction, NJ — AI Technol- ogy, Inc. (AIT), a pioneer in the tech- nology of self-supporting die-attach film (DAF) adhesive, has just in- creased its manufacturing space to more than 10 million square feet.
