Our Price Guarantee
Once we have confi rmed your booking we guarantee that the price won’t change. We only feature holidays that depart in the next ten and a half months because airlines do not confi rm their route schedules and prices any earlier. This way, we can guarantee your price won’t change. Unlike most other travel companies, we won’t pass on any unexpected aviation, fuel or currency exchange surcharges once your booking is confi rmed. We are also fully protected by ATOL and ABTOT, so your holiday payment is safe.
R Transfers Included New
We are pleased to announce that for new bookings from the 10th October 2013 on tours departing from 01 January 2014 onwards, overseas transfers are now included in the price of your holiday if you book your tour plus international fl ight or train with Explore. Please note, the fl ight or train we book must arrive on the same day as the tour start date, and depart on the fi nal day of the tour for the transfer to be included. For more information go to

A Flying Choice New
Explore is able to offer a range of competitive and fl exible fl ight options. Many tours have a group fl ight where we hold seats to match our tour departure dates and you can travel with fellow group members. Where we don’t hold seats or you want to extend your tour or add a regional fl ight, we use our preferred rates to book your fl ight. The best available fares in the market often require larger deposits than a normal tour deposit at the time of booking, as they would if you booked your own fl ight. Rest assured that when your fl ight is booked by Explore it is bonded and we manage any changes that may be required in the event of tour and airline schedule changes. For self-booking you are responsible for the associated costs of any changes. Please discuss with our staff for the best option for you.
Caring for the Planet
Explore has won multiple awards for our approach to responsible and sustainable tourism over the years. We are delighted to support Cool Earth to reduce carbon emissions through preventing the illegal deforestation of the rainforest in South America. One of the top sources of global carbon emissions, rainforest deforestation equivalent to the USA’s annual emissions, it also destroys fl ora and fauna, sometimes to the point of extinction. It also degrades the lives and communities of the 350 million residents of the rainforest.
Cool Earth prevents the deforestation through its support of local communities as forest guardians and by focussing on areas in immediate danger of deforestation. It has so far protected over 350,000 acres of rainforest, with each acre saving an emission of 260 tons of CO2, as well as protecting rare animals and plants. When you travel on an Explore holiday, we make a donation to Cool Earth that exceeds the impact of your fl ight. In addition to mitigating emissions, when you travel with Explore, you are helping to protect the source of 20% of the world’s fresh water and oxygen, as well as the livelihoods of the 1.6 billion people who are reliant on the rainforest.

The air holiday packages in this brochure are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 2595. In addition Explore Worldwide Ltd is fully bonded by ABTOT (Association of Bonded Travel Organisations Trust) for your fi nancial protection of all other holiday packages.
