Join us in Cuba as we uncover the island’s revolutionary history. We explore the colonial cities of Havana and Trinidad. We discover Fidel Castro’s headquarters in the Sierra Maestra Mountains and visit Che Guevara’s mausoleum in Santa Clara. We swim under waterfalls, climb forest trails and trek to the summit of Pico Turquino - Cuba’s highest peak.


15 day tour itinerary


Day 1 Join tour Havana. Day 2 Havana Tour the old town, absorbing the atmosphere of the vibrant city. Days 3/4 Trinidad Travel via the historic Bay of Pigs - the site of the failed 1961 US invasion of Cuba, along the coast to the interesting colonial town of Trinidad. Days 5/6 Mountain trails Spend two nights camping in haciendas (farm estates) in Topes de Collantes National Park. Walk forested mountain trails and swim under waterfalls. Day 7 Bayamo

Travel to Bayamo via the Valley of the Sugar Mills and the colonial town of Sancti Spiritus Day 8 Comandancia de la Plata Drive to Santo Domingo and walk through the jungle to Fidel Castro’s secret headquarters in the Sierra Maestra Mountains. Days 9/10 Pico Turquino Trek through lush tropical forests to the summit of Cuba’s highest peak (1972m). Day 11 Santiago de Cuba Explore one of the island’s liveliest cities and relax
