Expanding the Micro DDP range to three products, the HSmicroDDP25GbE from DynamicDrivePool developer Ardis Technologies weighs only 5kg, boasts a mirrored two-pack capacity up to 30TB and delivers a read and write bandwidth of 1.2GB/s. The company claims the 1U Ethernet SAN SSD shared storage system makes it the ideal partner for operations where secured media transfer is required. Designed for
use in ingest, transfer, edit and playout, it offers full fi le sharing with all common versions of Windows, Mac and Linux.
The system can be delivered with 0.96, 1.92, 3.84, 7.68, 15.36 or 30.72TB raid-protected capacity. Two hot swappable SSDs each have two LEDs; one for activity and one indicating failure, as well as a reset hole and additional LED indicators.
