Online services QA Manager, Testing Platform and the Edu educational platform are all on show from Ooona in Hall 3. QA Manager is a management platform designed to streamline the quality control of audio, video, timed text fi les, or any other type of asset, enabling users to automate and scale traditional, labour-intensive workfl ows. The platform is designed with accuracy, speed and user experience in mind, with controls to facilitate collaboration among team members until an asset is greenlit. The Ooona Testing Platform
allows media companies to check the accuracy and skill of their resources in aspects such as adherence to procedures and security or in relation to any media localisation task. Ooona Edu is an online hub designed for training in any type of AV localisation task. The platform hosts a variety of self-paced courses, webinars and seminars addressing professionals in the media sector. Ooona’s range of online services is complemented by a marketplace for media localisation talent (The Poool) where content owners and language service providers can fi nd specialised resources for media localisation projects. 3.C69

A CINE TRIPOD RANGE WITH LEGS Tilta BY DAVID FOX
Cinematography gear developer Tilta has entered the tripod market with three combinations of fl uid heads and legs, the CT08, CT12 and CT25. All use carbon fi bre legs married with lightweight aluminium. The CT08 cine tripod has a 75mm fl uid head that can take a payload of up to 8kg, with either two-stage one-touch tripod legs or simpler three-stage legs, which weighs less and has a lower minimum height and slightly higher maximum (1.8m).

Heads up: Tilta’s new range of cine tripods: The CT08, CT25 and CT12
The CT08 head has eight step counterbalance, with four step drag (both vertical and horizontal), with a tilt range of +90º/-60º.
The head includes a Manfrotto quick release plate and is also compatible with DJI-Standard
Arca-Swiss quick release plates, eliminating the need for replacing QR plates when transitioning to gimbals. The CT12 head has a payload of 12kg, and is used with the two- stage one-touch tripod legs. It has 10 step counterbalance
