A brighter Borough for all

Later this month Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council will be sharing its refreshed approach to supporting our Borough’s brilliant communities.
Our new Communities Strategy sets out our commitment to empowering the many community-minded residents across our Borough to make a difference.
Over the next three years we will support our communities to:
• Be cohesive, strong and welcoming And join us in:
• The task of tackling poverty across • Ensuring people in the Borough are
the Borough not lonely Community Partnerships
We’ve set up a network of seven Community Partnerships to help coordinate and involve people from all walks of life from residents to councillors, voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations and faith groups to the young people who are part of Bright Minds Big Futures – turn to page 20 to read more about them.
There’s a Community Partnership for each of the following areas:

There’s so many great things going on across the Borough and we’re always looking for more people to get involved.
