Tere are many key factors in deciding what should be prioritised for the player, including sustainability, responsible gaming, and retention. Keeping responsible gameplay in mind, we ask ourselves, “How and why are we speaking to the player?” We want to make sure that we’re continuing to innovate and provide the best tools and capabilities to our operator customers so that players experience the full, exciting gaming experience.
How fine is the line between giving modern bettors a higher level of control of the betting environment - ie. choice - without

constricting the experience in attempting to hyper-personalise?

Te key lies in providing a broad range of choices that empower bettors, while ensuring that operators have the right tools to create an engaging gaming experience. Tis way, operators can maintain an open and dynamic environment that encourages exploration and enjoyment, while still catering to individual preferences on a broader level.
