ReferOn Harnessing Client Feedback
Taking the opportunity to sit down with Alexia Gauci for the first time since taking up her new role, ReferOn’s B2B Sales Manager details her remit and the company’s development ethos centred around client feedback.
What's your remit as B2B Sales Manager?
In terms of my every day, I have a lot of consultancy meetings, especially if we are onboarding new operator clients. In these meetings, I explain how to approach affiliation, run through all the features we have at ReferOn to get more out of their platform and from their affiliates. When it comes to integrations, we diarise strategy to our clients so they can communicate with providers to make developments as efficient as possible. I also have meetings with longstanding clients to check in on how they are doing and to establish what more we can do at ReferOn.
How does this feed into product development?
Our product is based on feedback improvement so if a client is telling us they love the platform but would love a particular feature, our development team will get to work on that. An example of functionality implemented according to the real needs of our clients is CPA day trigger, GEO payouts, and easy variable capturing. Of course, we also have plenty of internal meetings to evaluate how we can improve and implement new strategies to improve client flow from initial conversations through to closing, post-sales communications, and ongoing support for existing clients. What we’ve found is that seeing our clients scale, particularly when we've had them onboard since day one of launching their brand, is one of the best feelings.
What new updates are on the way? In Q3 we have several major features in the pipeline. We are set to

integrate real-time data uploads; currently, our clients can follow all essential data with one constantly updating report. We also have multi-currency upcoming which has been a well-sought-after feature, especially now that we will be entering the LatAm market, as well as multi-language. Tis means any user logging into ReferOn will have the freedom to select both currency and language which ties into ReferOn’s goal of creating greater flexibility for personalised user experiences.

After the success of the first two educational events, we will be continuing our ReferOn Insights seminar series very shortly - expect a new format with our partners. All the latest details will be available from 24-26 September, at the ReferOn booth at SBC Summit Lisbon. I hope to see you there!
