GLI will provide services such as pre-compliance and compliance testing of iGaming and/or sports betting systems, regulatory advisory services, technical standards support, and technology assistance, support, and consultation.

We have already completed the integration, which will technically allow the distribution of our exclusive Oryx Hub games in regulated U.S. states via Spin. US – Deutsche Bank analyst Carlo Santarelli has said that North American casinos and other forms of gambling are leading the recovery from the pandemic with gaming now outpacing the revenues earned in 2019, when $109bn was spent in casinos and $142bn on wider betting channels. Since March of this year, gaming has beaten its 2019 rate by double digits in most states where casinos are legal with Illinois and Pennsylvania among the few exceptions. Mr. Santarelli said: “Over the better part of the last 12 months, the gaming segment, including not only casinos, but also lotteries and horse racing, has materially outperformed broader recreational spend trends, taking a considerable share of the lost spend in venues like amusement parks, movie theaters, concerts, and live sports.”
