Human expertise remains central. AI is a powerful enabler, not a magic wand. Our approach combines AI-assisted creation with human art direction and quality control. By

guiding the AI with curated datasets and design intent, we drastically cut production timelines and costs while preserving artistic integrity.

Trough ESA Gaming, created titles can immediately go live with more than 160 operators, ensuring rapid deployment. Te ESA Gaming team will also bring a wealth of experience, from compliance expertise to analysis of gameplay trends and reporting through its existing partnerships with operators.

How does OpenSlots ensure generated graphics, themes, or animations are high-quality and not generic?

Human expertise remains central. AI is a powerful enabler, not a magic wand. Our approach combines AI-assisted creation with human art direction and quality control. By guiding the AI with curated datasets and design intent, we drastically cut production timelines and costs while preserving artistic integrity. Every output is reviewed, refined, and aligned with creative and expectations.

Just how flexible is the AI when users input specifications concerning RTP, volatility, or mechanics?

Version one of OpenSlots blends AI reasoning with solid models. We use an agentic system and automations, built on a tried-and-tested framework, enabling a ‘best-match’ generation process.

Tis ensures that when a user specifies gameplay parameters, such as RTP, volatility, or mechanics the AI can intelligently align creative outputs with those quantitative targets, ensuring game creation that offers some real variety.

How does the system handle iteration? Can creators “train” the AI on their preferred style, or is it more modular?

Slot games are extraordinarily complex, combining math models, visuals, sounds, and game logic. Because of this, OpenSlots uses both AI-driven workflows and modular components. Te platform supports rapid iteration and variant creation, allowing users to prototype, tweak, and refine in near-real time. We’ve also built a

WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) game editor, so creators can interact directly with their AI-assisted designs, blending human intuition with algorithmic support. Over time, creators will be able to train their workspace on their preferred styles and mechanics, so the AI evolves alongside them.

Who do you see as the first major adopters of the OpenSlots platform?

We anticipate early adoption from operators seeking to control their own content roadmap creating branded, seasonal, or promotional games and from smaller studios focused on game design but needing robust RGS and distribution solutions. Tese groups are looking for speed, flexibility, and creative autonomy precisely where OpenSlots delivers the most value.

What will the commercial model look like in 2026 - subscription, revenue share, licensing, or hybrid?

Initially, we plan to adopt a hybrid model combining one-off per- game fees and revenue share. Tis balances accessibility for smaller creators with sustainable growth for the platform. In the future, we anticipate evolving toward a tiered subscription model, where pricing reflects the number of games, feature access, or AI training depth.

Despite the branding, could OpenSlots evolve beyond slot games into other verticals?

Absolutely. While our initial focus is on slots, the core technology, which is AI-driven game ideation, generation, and optimisation, is completely vertical-agnostic.

We already plan to integrate high-performing mine games into the platform, but there’s no reason OpenSlots couldn’t expand into instant games, crash games, table games, or even casual gaming verticals.
