Events IGB L!VE

Unique Chemistry

Ahead of the final iGB L!VE at RAI Amsterdam on 16-19 July, Clarion Gaming’s Naomi Barton

previews the event and its longer term prospects following its relocation to the ExCeL in 2025.

The industry calendar has never been so crammed. What's unique about iGB L!VE?

We’re often told by customers that iGB L!VE is the industry’s favourite event and the place where crucial business deals are made, so when you look at the calendar it’s vital to differentiate between those live events which deliver tangible benefits to the sectors they serve and those which simply take money out of the industry.

Our philosophy is that we have to earn the business and support of every one of our customers each and every year. We always consult with the market, establish what we can do to help improve their business, and then do everything that’s in our power to deliver on their behalf. If, as an organiser, you do that consistently and providing that the proposition is correct you will not go far wrong.

Taking a macro view iGB L!VE is the only event that connects the leading igaming affiliates, operators, tech vendors, game providers and suppliers in order to maximise performance and really drive tangible business growth in the following 12-24 months. It has a unique chemistry and is widely regarded as being not just a dynamic and exciting show but also the home of the igaming community.

We shouldn’t also overlook the fact that iGB L!VE delivers unparalleled business opportunities with attendees having free access to in excess of 300 exhibitors and sponsors occupying 21,000+ square metres of gross space, a figure which is 35 per cent higher than in 2023.

Last year, around a third of attendees at iGB L!VE were doing so for the first time. Is that trend continuing into this year? What numbers are you anticipating?

Te number of industry professionals registering to attend July’s edition of iGB L!VE, the last to be held in Amsterdam prior to its 2025 relocation to London, is tracking more than 100 per cent ahead at the same stage in 2023. iGB L!VE is already igaming’s fastest growing business event and to be so far ahead

P76 WIRE / PULSE / INSIGHT / REPORTS iGB L!VE:

Naomi Barton Portfolio Director Clarion Gaming

of last year’s campaign which culminated in a record unique attendance of 7,299 (+44 per cent y-o-y) and 14,500 on-site visits is of course massively encouraging.

Drilling down into the numbers 40 per cent of those registered so far have confirmed that they will be attending the show for the first time which is also ahead of what was achieved last year. Each performance metric that we reference is in positive territory and I am confident that everything is in place to hit our projected 9,000+ iGB L!VE attendees.

The Sustainable Gambling Zone will debut at this year's iGB LIVE ahead of featuring on next year's ICE show floor. What will this zone consist of? How is this area different from its previous iteration, the Consumer Protection Zone?

Te decision to rebrand to the Sustainable Gambling Zone (SGZ) was taken following extensive consultation and is set against the heightened importance placed on proactive
