Tis is not only impacting consumers, but operators as well.

Tis is leading to a fractured experience for both the player and the operator, with significant data hurdles getting in the way of what must be a smooth and seamless process for both parties.
As with any problem there is a solution, and I think the industry should look to Open Banking and what is being done there around financial information and data.
