Operating 24-hours a day and staff ed by our qualifi ed medical and security professionals, our Assistance Centres can respond rapidly to any type of international medical emergency or call for assistance.
The Role
Our Dubai International Medical Assistance centre operates 24-hours a day and is staff ed by our qualifi ed professio- nals who can respond rapidly to any type of international emergency or call for assistance. In the event of a medical or security emergency we assist our members around the world by providing immediate advice and medical assistance, including international evacuation and repatriation through our network of Assistance Centres.
The Coordinating Doctor provides clinical leadership and medical coordination to the 24 hour Assistance Centre combined with the planning and monitoring of international medical evacuations and transportation of patients. This role is based in a corporate environment (non-clinic). This is a permanent residential position, whereby you will be
relocated to Dubai whilst working with us. International SOS will provide you and your family full relocation support and a competitive salary package with allowances and internati- onal schooling.
The Person * Full registration to practice medicine in your home country * Willing to relocate to Dubai * We would like to hear from Doctors with generalist experience who are GP/FM or Emergency Physicians and hold Board Certifi cations/or equivalent in these fi elds (for example: US/Canadian Boards of Family Medicine/ Emergency Medicine, FRACGP, FACEM, MRCGP or European equivalents).
* Further qualifi cations in travel or aviation medicine is advantageous
