Meet ourNEW Becky Cole
We’ve been in the crafty business for long enough to know that there is a
lot of creative talent out there – and that’s something we want to
celebrate! What better way than to welcome a host of new contributors to the Create and Craft family?
Our recent push to discover unsung flair was an overwhelming success, and we’re pleased (and proud!) to introduce you to our raft of brilliant
contributors who will all be bringing their unique talents to your favourite club. Providing club members with inspirational ideas, exclusive
projects, top tips and a whole host of new content, this group of diverse crafters is on hand for your every crafty need and escapade.
Becky Cole is a professionally-trained seamstress. “For me creating something from scratch is such a satisfying experience – to have a hobby that brings you joy is a form of meditation. It feels amazing to have joined Create and Craft as a contributor – I never thought in a million years that I would find myself doing something like this.”

Angela Finch has been making jewellery for seven years and loves coming up with original designs. “I tend to use a lot of different techniques to make my designs. I enjoy seeing my creations evolve from nothing into something beautiful; it’s so rewarding knowing that you have made a unique piece of jewellery to match your favourite outfit – even absolute beginners can create something gorgeous to wear.”

Hannah Oxberry ON THE COVER

Hannah Oxberry was encouraged to become a contributor by Jenny Cleary. “I’ve been friends with Jenny for a long time, and I’m so glad she encouraged me to apply – I’m delighted to be fulfilling my passion for teaching. My focus is mixed media – I love to layer up paints, inks and pens to create unique designs.”

Helen Kirkham started papercrafting a couple of years ago. “I started crafting after buying the ScanNCut. You could say the tools came before the skills! The last month has felt like a whirlwind, making projects and doing things like this fabulous photoshoot. I am so looking forward to what the future will hold working with Create and Craft.”
